— Zhongya organized its annual team-building event for outstanding teams

On January 24th, to recognize outstanding achievements and strengthen team cohesion, Zhongya organized its annual outstanding team members for a one-day team-building event themed “Press Forward with United Hearts and Unyielding Resolve” at Jingshan Academy located within the Grand Jingshan Rural National Park, the academy sits adjacent to a thousand-year-old ancient path and a Buddhist temple.

Team-building activities such as ice-breaking formation, floor curling, and frisbee carnival encouraged close collaboration and spirited competition. Through a full day of team challenges, participants strengthened their cohesion and teamwork via strategic coordination and real-time communication, painting a vivid picture of unity and determined progress. The event concluded in a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere.

This team-building event was not only a moment of relaxation but also a powerful refinement of the team. Participants gained a deep appreciation for the importance of trust, collaboration, and accountability—and they will carry this renewed cohesion and fighting spirit back to their daily work, continuing to strive side by side in pursuit of the company’s goals for the new year.
